Large Studio: Sleeps a maximum of three people, this unit has a sleeping alcove furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Deluxe Studio: Sleeps a maximum of three people, this unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a sofa sleeper in the living room and features either a private ocean view balcony or a private patio.
One Bedroom: Sleeps a maximum of four people, this unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room.
Large One Bedroom: Sleeps a maximum of four people, this unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Provides more living space than a One Bedroom and features a larger kitchen with separate dining area. Some have private patios as well.
Two Bedrooms: Sleeps a maximum of six people. One bedroom has a queen size bed, one bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Rates include all utilities including Cable TV with HBO and Showtime Premium channels.
Phone service and linens are not included.
All units are non-smoking.

$500 Security Deposit (refundable) to hold reservation.
Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancelled reservations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, a $500 cancellation fee will apply.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and rate.
